In this position you will lead installation and maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues on‑site, and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will act as the on‑site expert, continuously expanding your knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
- Manage projects to completion and communicate updates to internal and external customers.
- Supervise and mentor junior field engineers on day‑to‑day wellsite work.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues.
- Analyze system information and data to resolve complex wellsite problems.
- Verify work to ensure successful delivery and obtain customer sign‑off.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate technical teams.
- Apply a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
Requirements

- Hold a High School Diploma (required).
- Possess 3–5 years of mechanical experience with strong aptitude.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and build trusting relationships.
- Have hands‑on knowledge of directional drilling.
- Work in various environments, including on‑shore facilities and customer locations, and be willing to undergo product line training.
