

Provides infrastructure, construction, and engineering services for telecommunications and energy sectors.
Interns will evaluate the probability and severity of loss events, conduct hazard analyses, and interpret results. The role also includes learning to apply methods for hazard assessment and to develop corrective actions.
The Safety Internship offers hands‑on experience as a front‑line safety professional conducting safety inspections, observations, investigations, safety training, and ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA. Interns will learn to anticipate and predict hazards using experience, historical data, and other sources, and to recognize hazards in existing or future systems, equipment, products, facilities, work sites, and operational procedures.
Internship locations are available in Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and North Carolina. Applicants must be a separating military member or a spouse of a separating military member.
Preferred candidates may hold or be pursuing certifications such as Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) or Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP). Bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
