This site-based role, working on a 5/2 and 4/3 roster, offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on HR support with operational involvement, partnering closely with project leaders to drive workforce engagement, performance, and compliance. You’ll provide practical advice on employee relations, onboarding, and training while fostering a positive team culture in a dynamic and fast-paced site environment.

• Provide HR advice and support to site leaders and employees
• Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy
• Drive employee engagement and promote a positive team culture on site
• Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation processes
• Support workforce planning, training, and development initiatives
• Assist with reporting, audits, and policy implementation

Requirements

CELOTTI Workforce is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale projects across the region.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound understanding of Fair Work, EBA, and workplace relations legislation
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or similar discipline
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, site-based environment
• Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, ideally within construction, mining, or resources industries
