Business Development Representative

Description

• Prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct discovery calls with facility managers, directors, and executives to identify needs.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and progress in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Research, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Overcome objections and position AlffCo as a trusted partner.
• Schedule and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline goals.

Requirements

• Prior success in outbound prospecting, B2B SaaS sales, or full sales cycle roles.
• Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback; eager to grow into larger sales roles.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, or related service industries.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage pipelines, and track activity metrics within CRM and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, with preferred proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other advanced prospecting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines, maintain CRM hygiene, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Quick learner with the ability to adopt and navigate new software platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in email outreach.
• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (B2B, facilities, or construction preferred).
