• Ensure consistent, high‑quality coffee products.

Requirements

Reporting to the Community Director within the Property Management department, the barista works five‑hour shifts and must be available on weekends. Ideal candidates have prior barista experience, strong customer‑service skills, and can stand for extended periods.

• Deliver exceptional, lively customer service.
• Demonstrate thorough menu and product knowledge.
• Pay attention to detail and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work effectively under pressure and as a team member.
• Bring prior barista experience (preferred).
• Remain calm and professional during high‑volume periods.
