Project Manager

Description

• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation

Requirements

• Prior experience working on industrial or large commercial projects is a requirement
• 3+ years of experience being a Project Manager leading commercial or industrial construction projects
• Prior experience working for a commercial or industrial general contractor is strongly preferred, but experience with a major subcontractor will be considered
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience

Benefits

Base Pay Range: $95k-115k depending on experience
