Collaborate with technicians, chemists, and operations.
Maintain documentation for process validation, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Design, development, and scale-up of the final stage purification process for emitter and host OLED materials. Steps will include annealing, seeded crystallization, high vacuum purification by sublimation/distillation, and optimizing bulk properties such as density through milling methods.
Construct strategies to enhance performance, increase throughput, and resolve technical issues.
Present findings, updates, and recommendations at weekly team meetings.
Research technologies, innovations, and new equipment to overcome technical challenges.
Ensure processes are efficient, reliable, scalable, and compliant with EHS standards.
Design and conduct experiments (DOE) to scale from lab to pilot and mass production.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
2+ years' experience creating Design of Experiments (DOE)
BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering, or related.
Knowledge of EHS standards and regulatory compliance.
Experience with high vacuum process development and scale-up, and cleanroom operations is desirable.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Experience using statistical analysis software such as Minitab or JMP or similar or experience using SQL or Python in a similar capacity.
