In this role you will manage mechanical engineering work across all project phases, from early studies to execution, while providing technical mentorship to graduates and junior engineers. The position focuses primarily on copper and gold mining projects, addressing underground bulk material handling, ventilation, dewatering, and minerals processing requirements.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and brings 10–15+ years of experience in consulting or owner‑team environments. Proven expertise in designing underground bulk material handling systems, mine infrastructure, and mineral processing, together with familiarity with Australian and international mining standards, is essential.
