Escalating the appropriate action in relation to broken or damaged company equipment
Carrying out, servicing, assembly, inspection and repair of machinery and equipment at customer premises or on site or if required at the appropriate depot
Supporting with testing and commissioning and signing off paperwork
Ensuring all service information is read, understood and filed
Working with the customer in mind, making sure that quality work standards are maintained consistently and that post work, the repair site is clean and left in an condition that satisfies the customer
Using initiative and optimises down times to pay courtesy visits to customers

Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and / or industry
Recognised time served apprenticeship in either mechanical or electrical engineering with the willingness and aptitude to obtain 18th Edition Electrical Installation qualifications or be working towards.
