The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, termination, and maintenance of structured cabling systems to support the critical infrastructure of the facility.
Adhere to safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Work on cutting-edge data centre projects.
Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, fiber optic).
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Conduct cable pulling, routing, and dressing in compliance with industry standards.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation of cabling infrastructure.
Perform troubleshooting, fault-finding, and repairs on cabling systems.
Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other team members.

Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper cabling installations.
Ability to use cable testing and certification tools (Fluke, OTDR, etc.).
Knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ANSI).

Ability to work in fast-paced and high-security environments.
Must be physically fit to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment.
Proven experience as a Cable Technician in data centre or large-scale commercial projects.
