Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
