Oversee the installation and maintenance of traffic control devices, including signs, barriers, and signals.
Provide training and guidance to traffic control personnel to ensure proper implementation of traffic management plans.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and project updates.
Stay updated on local traffic regulations, construction techniques, and industry best practices to continually improve traffic management strategies.
Monitor and analyse traffic patterns to optimise flow and minimise disruptions during construction phases.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or equivalent)
Proficiency in utilising communication platforms and collaborative tools
Minimum of 4-5 years of demonstrable experience in traffic coordination and road diversion
Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in construction environments
Meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and quality
Comprehensive knowledge of RTA standards and local traffic regulations in Dubai
