

Produces construction materials for infrastructure projects, including aggregates, cement, and asphalt.
The role requires adhering to Premier’s safety protocols while efficiently processing customer orders. Employees must ensure quality by packing and palletizing boxes correctly, maintaining housekeeping standards, and promptly reporting any mechanical or safety concerns. They also contribute to continuous improvement and team cohesion through communication and cross‑training.
The position involves a physically demanding schedule, including 12‑hour shifts Monday‑Thursday and 14‑hour shifts Friday‑Sunday, with the ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Overtime flexibility and reliable transportation are required, and work takes place in warehouse, manufacturing, and occasional outdoor environments.
Candidates need at least high‑school level coursework or vocational training, with a diploma or GED preferred, and strong attention to detail and English literacy. Prior experience of two years in high‑volume manufacturing is advantageous.
