Supporting the development and maintaining of project schedules in P6
Typing, punching or applying pressure to an object with fingers and palm.
Coordinate with field service personnel, post sales service team and Project staff to facilitate project execution and warranty resolution requirements for mobilizing technicians to site
Responsible for Coordination of any or all of these three functions within Service: The daily coordination of Field Service Technicians, weekly reviews with Field Service supervision and Project Teams, and weekly schedule review of the Service and Automation tasks in the master schedule.
Supporting the balance of current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing, engineering and procurement capacities (light portion of this role)
Coordinate occasional travel of field resources through the company’s approved travel provider
This position may travel out-of-town to attend training and meetings.
Supporting the monitoring of project schedules by effectively communicating across various field service, engineering groups and operation departments.
Maintaining body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs.
Coordinate with the field service team and Safety/Human resources for site access requirements for the technicians

Strong interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2-4 years of Experience in field service coordination, dispatching, scheduling or operations support in a manufacturing environment in either service, sales, or warranty.
Typical office environment: may experience minor discomfort from extensive use of a computer display and keyboard; travel between buildings on campus and between campuses.
Bachelor’s degree
Skilled with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time.

Skilled with ERP systems such as P6, oracle, etc.
Good organization skills
