Assist in technical due diligence in conjunction with other departments.

5+ years experience in project management, construction management or engineering or a related field; utility transmission, distribution, or generation experience highly preferred.
Ability to travel 50%.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency using Primavera P6 and SAP.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including effective negotiating and dispute resolution skills.
Proficiency using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other Enterprise Management System
OSHA, PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
Coaching and Mentoring experience
Ability to analyze project risks and proactively identify solutions with a flexible, creative, and solution-focused outlook on problem solving.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management.
Renewable industry experience and best practices.
A working Knowledge of safety laws, environmental laws, labor laws, construction law, contracts, claims avoidance, insurance, and permit compliance.
Valid Driver's License
Experience in Front End Loading (FEL or FEED) Gated processes.
Effectively provides and receives information orally in individual and group situations. Written expression is clear, concise, and conveys the desired message.
Effective negotiating and dispute resolution skills.
Ability to foster and participate in a productive team environment by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, customers, contractors, and vendors.
