Orrcon Steel, a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and a leading Australian steel distributor, is looking for a Customer Service Officer/Estimator at our busy Cairns retail branch. In this role you will quickly become a valued team member through your product knowledge, expert advice and ability to find clever solutions that delight customers while growing the business.
The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, quick thinker who can juggle multiple tasks and thrives in a supportive team environment. You should have exposure to technical drawings, drafting or building estimating, a strong customer focus, proactive relationship‑building skills, and be comfortable using systems such as SAP while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Prepare and enter customer orders accurately using strong problem‑solving skills.
