This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating welfare-related activities, and supporting internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of ALEC’s WW standards and commitments.
As a Workforce Welfare Administrator, you will directly assist the Group HSE and WW leadership in ensuring that all Workforce Welfare documentation, statistics, training, and reporting are up to date, accurate, and effectively coordinated across projects. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and ongoing compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
