Selling Brightly energy software solutions to Commercial Real Estate and Public Markets clients in an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Work with sales team, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all sales, company, and client needs are met.
Develop and apply a detailed understanding of Brightly energy software products, sales methodology, and processes to retire assigned quota via growth of assigned territory in Commercial Real Estate or Public Markets, through outbound prospecting for new client acquisition, ownership of a sales pipeline, and collaboration with Sales Leadership.
Ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates for management visibility in sales pipeline.
Drive multi-module sales, delivering maximum value to prospective customers.
Close sales by building rapport with prospect; explain product and service capabilities; ask pertinent discovery and qualification questions, overcome objections from prospects.
