Assist the Regional Vice President in executing strategic sales and business development priorities for the business.
Oversee day-to-day sales activity to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality of work.
Maintain and share professional/industry knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.
Conduct market research, define target markets, and identify new business opportunities.
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Manage sales team commissions.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors.
Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
Manage marketing plan.
Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics to align with revenue and profit targets, sales strategy and quotas.
Collaborate with operations and service leaders to provide sales support that fosters growth and customer retention.
Lead the development, implementation, and management of RMR plans.

License: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
