  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects

  • Enforce project plans, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
  • Maintain daily logs and reports; monitor site progress and resolve issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors

They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a successful track record of managing large-scale commercial jobs, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met or exceeded.

Experience Level: 5-10 years minimum of Superintendent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects valued at $10M+
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Local Las Vegas market experience is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and local building codes
  • Proficient with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera)
