Consult with project managers (PMs) and technical leads to set up project baseline schedules, critical path analysis, project planning and forecasting, progress validation based on assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
Participate in the development and maintenance of periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) status reports to keep Project Managers and teams informed on project progress.
Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate escalation to the appropriate PM in a timeous manner.
Develop easily digestible bullet points or summaries for weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and investor updates
Work with PMs and leadership to support schedule and milestone reporting for internal and external parties. Incorporate and interpret information from disciplines across the Rowan team
Collaborate with project teams to evaluate multiple planning scenarios, as needed.
Own and update schedules of projects ranging across the United States
Contribute to the development of processes, training materials and scheduling best practices.
Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and pertinent external stakeholders for multiple projects in varying stages of development.
Conduct weekly/daily delay surveys to maintain and work with PMs to update schedule changes in real-time and quantify the impact of each change to the schedule in a timely fashion.

Advanced proficiency with using MS Project and Primavera P6 (such as project updates, maintaining a baseline, analyzing float and variance, logic checks, reports, coding, layout resources, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
A minimum of five years' experience as a project scheduler with at least two years of dedicated scheduler experience in data center development or a related industry such as industrial or build-to-suit commercial construction. Experience in Data Center development is highly preferred.
Proficient in Procore and other construction management software
Demonstrable experience with managing the schedules of multiple complex, multi-phased projects simultaneously.
