You will contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment performance in your assigned area, fostering a high‑performance culture with a strong HSE focus. Each day you’ll apply in‑depth HSE knowledge, offer solutions and advice, and ensure effective risk management throughout the ABB value chain.
Key accountabilities include reporting HSE incidents to management and stakeholders, facilitating and guiding incident investigations, providing feedback on lessons learned and best practices, and driving behavioral change through local implementation of group‑wide and business‑specific performance improvement programs.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Health/Safety or Environment (preferred) or an associate degree with at least one year of HSE experience, or a GED with three years of HSE experience in field service, construction, or mission‑critical operations. Candidates should understand regulatory compliance, international standards, and preferably electrical safety program implementation, possess advanced MS Office and database skills, hold professional certifications such as CHST, OHST, ASP, or CSP, be willing to travel up to 75% domestically, and have work authorization for the United States.
