Operations Improvement Specialist

Description

The Operations Improvement Specialist supports Renuity’s Growth & Transformation organization by analyzing business operations, identifying performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement across all divisions and functions, including call centers, sales, and marketing. Working closely with field teams, the specialist builds action plans and helps execute process enhancements to achieve operational excellence throughout the organization.

• Conduct deep‑dive assessments across all business functions to identify performance gaps, trends, inefficiencies, and root causes.
• Analyze data to generate insights and structured improvement recommendations.
• Develop clear action plans, playbooks, workflows, and SOPs to address gaps and improve performance outcomes.
• Partner with division leaders, field teams, and home‑base teams to execute process improvements.
• Support enterprise‑wide initiatives and transformation projects.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and working sessions to align stakeholders and advance initiatives.
• Travel frequently (over 50%) to divisions nationwide for onsite assessments, meetings, implementation, and follow‑ups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
• Proven ability to diagnose operational issues, identify root causes, and build actionable solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple projects.
• Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
