Ameresco is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join the Operations & Maintenance team. The role provides structured training and mentorship to develop technical and operational skills while managing performance, maintenance and reliability of energy systems such as heat networks, renewable generation and building energy assets. You will be responsible for coordinating installation schedules, maintenance programs and performance monitoring of EV‑charging assets, solar and wind farms across commercial and public sites.
The position requires regular online client interaction to understand needs and develop models, systems or strategies that meet requirements. You must be proficient with Microsoft IT systems and be willing to learn additional platforms as needed. Travel across the UK may be required to support projects, and you must be eligible to work legally in the UK.
