Description

The Accounts Receivable Admin is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end invoicing and collection processes within the EHS department. This role ensures timely and accurate billing, follows up on outstanding payments, and maintains strong coordination with the finance, project, and operations teams to safeguard SGS Saudi Arabia’s revenue streams and financial compliance.

• Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices for all EHS projects and services.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments to meet collection targets.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoice logs, payment receipts, and aging reports.
• Liaise with project managers, finance, and operations to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes related to billing and collections.
• Generate periodic reports on billing status, collection performance, and outstanding accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in process improvements to optimize invoicing efficiency and reduce collection delays.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Possess 2–3 years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial administration, preferably in a corporate or project‑based setting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client and internal follow‑up.
• Be detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Have proficient verbal and written Arabic and English communication skills.
