Experience with cloud networking (VPNs, VPCs, Virtual Networking, Firewalls), compute infrastructure (servers, databases, storage, load balancers), and developing/securing virtualized environments.
Expertise with cloud ecosystems and leading-edge cloud emerging technologies.
Experience with regulatory guidelines (SSAE16, NIST, ISO).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, coworkers, employees, and upper management.
Exposure to serverless security, data loss prevention (DLP), and cloud-native security posture management (CSPM) tools.

Experience with developing or extending custom security tooling (e.g., APIs, dashboards, alerting systems).
Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
Ability to work additional hours, which may include mornings, evenings and weekends if needed; ability to travel 5% of the time.
Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
Experience managing and optimizing Google Chronicle and other Cloud SIEM platforms to ensure full visibility of cloud and on-prem sources.
Understand business goals and drivers and work with IT, Architecture, and the business to deliver security solutions within the cloud.
BA/BS Degree, preferably formal studies in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent education/experience
