3 years of experience as a plumbing foreman on commercial construction projects preferred.
Must complete company specific welding, soldering and/or brazing test for employment.
Ability to coordinate with other trades to complete plumbing/piping installations within project scope and schedule.
Strong ability to perform take-off of materials from design documents.
Ability to pass a physical ability test
Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of project schedule/milestones, submittals, contract documents (addenda, specifications, drawings) and in-house shop drawings.
Strong ability to read and comprehend blueprints and design documents.
Ability to manage commercial plumbing construction projects.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Requires mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
Ability to travel, as needed, for projects.
3 years of experience leading teams of 1 – 5 direct reports preferred.
Able to install plumbing systems and relatable materials with the use of hand tools and power tools, as needed.
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials
Understanding / complies with the company tool policy and can pass these values to less experienced employees.
Current / valid journeyman license preferred.
Able to work from ladders, manlifts and other equipment at various heights.
OSHA 30 hour, preferred.
Ability to lead others including teaching and coaching.
Experience managing project crews to install multiple types of plumbing systems for domestic, drainage and sanitation systems.
Capable of creating work plan for subordinates and self
Excellent communication and customer services skills.
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.
Current / valid master license preferred.
