You will conduct market trend analyses, competitive landscape reviews, and evaluate business opportunities to inform pricing and revenue strategies across ANZ. Findings will be compiled into reports and recommendations for senior management on the financial viability of alternatives. You will gather competitor data and market feedback to provide insights for solution creation and product lifecycle management. Supporting the sales team, you will analyse internal and external data to develop high‑quality sales plans. Additionally, you will maintain strong internal connections, define processes, establish best practices, and develop policies to optimise performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Leader to join our Modernisation Solution team. The role will drive the implementation of KONE business improvements and support the sales team in prospecting, tendering, and negotiations. It offers flexible work locations in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.
The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or a related technical field. You must be able to interpret data from diverse, complex sources and translate it into valuable performance insights. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making skills are required. Experience leading multiple projects, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, is essential. Prior experience in construction, the elevator industry or B2B environments, and proven sales development and business management experience are desired.
