Tasks

-Apply risk-based decision making and able to influence stakeholders to drive the regulatory agenda -Interpret regulatory developments and apply them to Paragon Group’s activities -Ensure you build robust and quality relationships with both internal and external stakeholders -Engage with other Group departments to support regulatory change, demonstrating the right knowledge, skills and behaviours -Review and produce reports for governance committees, ensuring they reflect key risks and presented to a high standard -Support and deliver departmental and corporate strategic objectives -Deal with departmental and project queries, ensuring you provide the required level of support to the business areas across the Group with robust and timely second-line regulatory and conduct technical advice
