Tasks

You’ll play a key role in driving proposal excellence, improving processes, and ensuring each submission meets strategic, commercial, and client expectations. We go beyond simply building, protecting, and extending asset life. We cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with our clients, allowing us to tailor solutions to their evolving needs and ensure their assets operate seamlessly for longer. -Preparing, reviewing, and editing proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and persuasive messaging. -Mentoring and coaching team members in structured writing, storytelling, and client-focused communication. -Overseeing bid planning activities — from kick-off meetings and strategy sessions to review and submission. -Driving continuous improvement across templates, processes, and proposal tools. -Managing external tender platforms (e.g., ICN, ISNetworld, Ariba, Avetta) and ensuring compliance with client requirements. -Leading and supporting a team of bid coordinators, ensuring workloads are balanced, deadlines are met, and outputs align with Altrad’s standards. -Collaborating with Estimating, Business Development, and Operations teams to gather technical inputs and align on strategy. -Capturing lessons learned from debriefs and applying insights to future bids.

What You Bring

-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach. -Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (desirable). -Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive responses. -Proficiency in CRM and bid management systems. -Experience improving bid processes, templates, or tools to lift quality and efficiency. -Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. -Proven experience in proposals, bids, or tenders within the resources, energy, or industrial sectors.
