Description

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, founder-led thought leadership, content execution, and audience growth. You will be responsible for building a strong, credible, and influential digital presence across platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging channels, translating complex ideas around AI, clean energy, and sustainability into clear, compelling content.

• Shape the voice of a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform
• Track engagement patterns and continuously optimize content performance
• Work directly with the Founder’s Office and leadership team
• Actively engage with the ecosystem through comments, conversations, and signal amplification
• Identify themes, trends, and moments relevant to AI, clean energy, sustainability, and global policy
• Work closely with marketing, design, research, and leadership teams
• Grow a high-quality, relevant audience of industry leaders, investors, policymakers, and enterprise stakeholders
• Build visible, high-impact thought leadership in global ecosystems
• Build and manage a structured content calendar
• Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform.
• Translate leadership perspectives on AI, clean energy, policy, and markets into high-impact social content
• Ensure consistency, credibility, and authority across all outward-facing communication
• Share regular insights with the Founder’s Office and marketing team
• Work closely with the Founder’s Office to shape and execute the founder’s digital voice and positioning
• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, decks, talks) into platform-native social formats
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, content resonance)
• Ensure messaging alignment across website, decks, and social platforms
• Support product launches, reports, events, and strategic announcements through social channels
• Use data to refine messaging, cadence, and formats
• Plan, write, publish, and iterate content aligned with business priorities, launches, and events

Requirements

• Own the social media strategy across priority platforms (LinkedIn primary)
• Balance long-form thought leadership, short-form insights, announcements, and narrative storytelling
• Familiarity with analytics tools and content performance tracking
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing or supporting founder-led or leadership social media accounts is strongly preferred
• A founder-first mindset — ability to think from a leadership and brand lens
• 1–2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or brand communications
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives
• Strong bias toward action, learning, and iteration
• Prior exposure to B2B, AI, technology, sustainability, clean energy, or consulting ecosystems is a plus
• Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
• Curiosity about AI, clean energy, global markets, and policy
