Approvals, Environment and Heritage Administrator

Description

• Operations Management: Support day-to-day operations, monitor workflows, and assist with procurement and contract administration.
• Administration: Provide general office support, manage travel and expenses, and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Document Preparation & Management: Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain accurate records and databases.
• Work Scheduling & Allocation: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners; coordinate communications and support consultation events.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in office administration or as a Personal Assistant
• Exposure to aviation, engineering, or construction industries is desirable
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other IT systems
