Ensure that field personnel are informed of design updates, requests for information, and documentation changes, maintaining consistent communication across all parties.
Work closely with client representatives and internal teams to follow site-specific access, security, and safety requirements.
Provide direct oversight of field staff and subcontracted trades, ensuring expectations for quality, cost control, and timelines are met.
Support workforce development by assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and fostering a positive and safety-focused work environment.
Maintain routine documentation of site progress, conditions, workforce levels, and daily activities.
Develop advance planning schedules and prepare lists of required materials and tools to support upcoming work.
Monitor individual performance, provide coaching, and contribute to ongoing professional growth.
Coordinate required inspections in accordance with applicable regulations and facilitate final approvals upon project completion.
Partner with operational leadership and field leads to keep projects advancing efficiently.
Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, actively enforcing safety standards and working to achieve incident-free operations.
Oversee completion of outstanding items and support final closeout activities.
