As a Spa Attendant, you’ll be the welcoming face of the spa experience! From greeting guests with warmth and professionalism to checking them in, answering their questions, and ensuring the reception area is spotless, you’ll help create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for their visit.

All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures, follow safety protocols, maintain environmental responsibility, and uphold quality standards. Participation in HSEQ training and reporting of hazards or concerns is expected.

• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees as needed
• Communicate with the team, manager, co‑workers, and clients professionally
• Participate in project groups and meetings as required
• Creates and builds positive and productive relationships
• Greet guests and confirm their reserved treatments or services
• Answer phones and make or alter reservations as necessary
• Explain the various services and treatments to guests, recommending those best suited to their needs or desires
• Receive payments and assist guests with billing questions
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels throughout spa facility, and reorder as required
• Maintain cleanliness around reception area and other spa facilities
• Observe our customer’s company culture, employee behavior, and the environment to identify experiential needs
• Drive positive experience outcomes for our customer that help improve well‑being, engagement, and productivity

Requirements

• Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Heavy emphasis on customer service and partnering with executive, facilities management, and multiple vendor representatives
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the environment
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Communicate and work effectively across all service line teams of the site
• Effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
• Proven track record of providing stellar support to customers
• Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
• Strong computer proficiency skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates great interpersonal skills
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
