The Officer will handle guest interactions via WhatsApp, email, phone, and booking platforms throughout the booking lifecycle, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests. - Possess proven experience in holiday home rentals, hospitality, or short-term rental operations.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a plus.
- Exhibit strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and booking/CRM systems.
- Reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate.
