

Provider of environmental science, engineering and consulting services across industrial, energy, government and water sectors.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing annual sales plans, pursuing new clients and cross‑selling opportunities, and promoting solutions such as Reality Capture, GIS, BIM, data management, and digital workflows. You will collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and practice leaders to create brand‑enhancing content, align solutions with client needs, track pipeline metrics, and represent Verdantas at industry events.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geomatics, Business, or a related field and brings at least 10 years of business development or client‑management experience in the AEC or technology sectors. Strong understanding of reality capture, GIS, BIM, and digital workflows, along with proven strategic leadership and excellent communication and negotiation skills, are required. The minimum salary for this position is $135,400, negotiable based on location, skills, and certifications.
