  • Includes profit and loss responsibility for the account, quality control, maintenance process development and conformance, and all account administrative functions. Must demonstrate good judgment at all times when making decisions affecting the company’s business.

  • This position will be responsible for all C&W Services salaried and hourly positions at this account. Oversight of all processes ensuring C&W Services conformance to federal, state, and local regulations, and conformance with company and customer policies.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of C&W Services operations at our location. Must have extensive experience with Preventative and Predictive Maintenance of Conveyor Systems and a strong background in Reliability Maintenance principles.

  • 6 weeks primary caregiver (4 weeks if less than 1 yr) and 2 weeks secondary caregiver. 1 yr service period required.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 20 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to climb flights of stairs.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of five years of experience in maintenance management, with experience in supervision, planning / scheduling, and estimating. Reliability experience strongly preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Dental (MetLife) & Vision (VSP)
  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field.
  • Accreditation: Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, etc.) with applicable professional certification is desired.
