- Execute and enforce safety standards; conduct weekly inspections and monthly audits to keep the site clean and organized.
- Enforce quality standards and conduct quality control audits.
- Support preconstruction estimating, takeoffs, cost analysis, and project duration planning.
- Assist in negotiated and hard‑bid estimate processes and propose value‑engineering solutions.
- Analyze subcontractor bids and aid in selection and execution of subcontracts.
- Prepare bid proposals for submission to the owner.
- Prepare permit applications and obtain all required permits and licenses.
- Coordinate material and equipment procurement and expedite deliveries.
- Determine construction requirements, procedures, and maintain proper project documentation.
- Generate and maintain RFI processes, submittal logs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Follow and promote established project standards, processes, and procedures.
- Anticipate and identify project issues and risks; work proactively with the team to present solutions.
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor activities on site to ensure specifications are met.

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, architectural, construction engineering, or a related field, possess at least one year of construction experience, and demonstrate knowledge of safety standards. Desired skills include estimating, bidding, proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint, as well as strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
