Promote and enforce safety by conducting daily briefings, weekly safety meetings, ensuring safe work practices are followed, monitoring, and maintaining tool condition, and ensuring all drivers of company vehicles are qualified through company programs.
Operate vehicles to transport material, equipment, and crew to and from job site- including utility vehicles (UTVs) and trailer towing as needed.
Properly maintain all vehicles, equipment, and tools used by the crew.
Maintain a positive company image, including the appearance of the crew, vehicles, and work areas.
Organize resources and prioritize work to complete job within established timeframe.
Collect, record, and submit accurate, complete, and timely data related to timekeeping, payroll, and work performed.
Perform work according to standard work practices, procedures, and customer specifications, including but not limited to excavating soil, inspecting structures, collecting detailed structural measurements, applying coatings, and restoring the job site to its original condition.
Must Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
Maintain adequate inventory of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
Enforce and comply with all company and/or customer-required policies and procedures, including but not limited to crew member coaching, disciplinary action, a Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace, prohibition of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

Ability to operate a skid steer, backhoe, and front-end loader.
Experience with cutting torch

Must have good communication skills, work well under pressure, and be familiar with a production-related environment.
Experience as a certified welder.
Possess good math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.
Experience with concrete structural repairs
Willing and able to travel extensively.
Be able to pass a DOT medical exam.
AMPP CIP and CP certification
Capable of reading and interpreting structural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
