As a Field Technician - Water Operations in the Water Transfer department, the employee will be hands‑on in the field, setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities.
The position is full‑time with 12‑hour shifts and may require rotating schedules, travel to job sites, overnight stays, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Set up and tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
- Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
- Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks.
- Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs.
- Travel to job sites as needed, often overnight.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments. Prior oil and gas or water transfer experience is a plus.
