Description

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Create and use promotional items and technology to attract prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
• Generate leads through effective phone and email follow‑up.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about market trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• OneSite Software experience preferred.
• Lease‑up experience preferred.
• Social‑media savvy and marketing experience a plus.
• AFLAC.
