About Castle Group

-Founded in 2007 by Ritchie Perera, Castle Group began by engineering and prefabricating camp-style accommodation for mining clients. -In 2012, it pivoted into residential land development across Sydney’s northwest and southwest, launching its first greenfield projects in 2013. -Typical projects include multi‑lot house‑and‑land estates in areas like Austral, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, and Schofields. -Castle Group combines in‑house planning, design, finance, engineering, and construction to deliver place‑making and value creation. -Its holdings span low‑ and medium‑density developments, often securing prime land through strategic partnerships. -Unusually, the group evolved from mining accommodation to residential development, while its founder also runs hospitality ventures and a tech firm.
