Maintaining CPMM's and ZESP's
Writing purchase orders and funding blanket PO's CMMS Asset management
Utilize CMMS system to manage assets, work orders, and spare part inventory
Budget and Resource Management: Develops and oversees the facility budget, including annual forecasts and cost management strategies to control expenses.
On call responsibilities every other weekend for facilities related issues
Facility Operations Management: Oversees the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space management. Ensures that all facilities and grounds are kept clean, safe, and secure.
