- Coordinate grading, infrastructure, and utilities with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Lead the preparation, development, and delivery of large-scale master plans across various sectors.
- Guide and mentor junior planners and support staff on technical and design tasks.
- Manage and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and design workshops, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Provide design-oriented solutions, ensuring creativity and functionality in master plan layouts.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with international and local planning standards.
- Liaise effectively with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to secure approvals and align with regulatory requirements.

- Proven experience in grading design and infrastructure coordination.
- 10–15 years of professional experience in master planning, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; additional knowledge of planning/design software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of local planning authority requirements and approval processes.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Design-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
