The role focuses on digital transformation within the Accounts Payable process, contributing to the LaSalle Digital Experience (LDX) platform. You will encourage agile practices, drive continuous improvements, and lead the execution of business processes for product release planning and expansion.
Key responsibilities include managing supplier and vendor activities according to Service Level Agreements, handling daily onboarding, maintenance, quality audits, and updating supplier databases. You will prepare system‑driven reports, maintain functional process documentation, capture exceptions, and resolve vendor queries in a timely manner.
Performance objectives require maintaining required productivity and efficiency, delivering best‑in‑class service to clients, achieving a 4/5 survey score or exceeding client‑specific KPIs, and building strong partnership‑focused relationships. You will also actively contribute to best‑practice development, mentor teammates, and provide training where needed.
We seek candidates with at least five years of experience in accounts payable and vendor management, a commerce or finance degree, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Desired attributes include excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
