Provide attendance reports to site supervision
Maintain crew assignments for field employees
Maintain Fatigue Management reports
Review and document call ins notifications from all site employees
Review and record hourly employee hours to ensure accurate and timely pay of hourly employees
Alert supervision when hourly attendance needs to be reviewed or addressed
Prepare and distribute daily force report
Review and report site manpower counts to site supervision

Experience with basic accounting and invoicing is desired

Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
Local to the Cedar Rapids, IA area – relocation is not provided for this role
Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
