- Conduct quality inspections to meet customer and internal standards
- Create and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate labor coverage
- Delegate tasks, provide training and cross‑training, and conduct performance reviews
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Produce daily operations reports and identify corrective actions
- Report and prioritize maintenance issues to maintain equipment uptime
- Collaborate with the Quality department to uphold onsite quality standards
- Develop and implement action plans that improve plant efficiency
- Record injuries, recommend corrective measures, and enforce safety protocols
- Hire, coach, and evaluate staff, making personnel recommendations as needed
- Maintain regular, full‑time onsite attendance
