Document, track, and research all fabrication errors, detailing errors or erection issues (FCN’s), and coordinate the required correction with the parties involved.
Prepare daily reports and track progress of the project.
Track and understand design changes and revised drawings to help coordinate with the site team. This includes the tracking of any field work required to the correct change order number.
Maintain a delivery log and manage deliveries to site with the shipping department.
Work under the direction of the project manager and report any issues, concerns, milestones or incidents to that project manager.
Main point of contact for all site meetings, site scheduling, coordination, deliveries, and erector management.

Lexicon University
Minimum of 6 years of experience with steel fabrication and/ or steel erection.
The ability to work overtime including weekends if required, and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Must be familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements.
Ability to Travel for extended periods of time anywhere in the country/relocation is Required.
Understand the project specific scope of work and be able to communicate on that scope of work with the erector, client, or other trades when required.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally.
Must have proficient oral/written communication skills.
Requires long periods of sitting.
This position is fulltime onsite which will require travel for extended periods of time and could be on jobsites anywhere the country.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, have the ability to learn new software used by specific clients.
