Analysing and using document and record management systems to track progress and project performance, and report non-compliances
Monitoring and reviewing costs, invoices and claims for allocated projects
Monitoring the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and materials against drawings and specifications, arranging corrections or modifications where necessary as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
Setting daily, weekly and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials and resources
Contributing to the constructability of a project with respect to design development
Undertaking tender, evaluation, and award of subcontract procurement packages
Supporting project managers to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality and regulatory standards
Liaising and coordinating with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities, managing their attendance on site as required
