Project Manager Fit Out

Description

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-value construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to the client’s expectations. You'll coordinate teams on-site, manage subcontractors, and liaise closely with design teams and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and risk management activities
• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through handover
• Foster a collaborative and proactive relationship with clients and consultants
• Lead on-site delivery teams, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and quality goals
• Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations
• Report regularly on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership

• Holds a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or construction
• Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
• Brings expertise in complex, high-spec environments (e.g. cleanrooms, data centres, labs)
• Has several years of experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
